This website is operated by happier IT Inc. (“happier IT”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to your use of the site and of any tool, download, assessment or content we make available on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
Scorecards and Self-assessments
Our scorecards, quizzes and similar self-assessments produce an indicative score and report from the answers you give. The result depends entirely on those answers; we do not verify them and cannot see your systems. A score, a tier, a category breakdown or a suggested next step is general information intended to start a conversation. It is not a security audit, an assessment of your compliance with any law or standard, or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as any of those. Decisions about your systems remain yours.
When you ask us to email a report, we send it to the address you give and keep a record of your answers and your result so we can follow up if you have asked us to. Our privacy policy explains how that information is handled.
Information on This Site
We work to keep the content on this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer or advice specific to your situation unless we say so in writing.
Bookings and Enquiries
A time booked through this site is a request for a call, not a contract for services. Any services we provide are governed by the agreement we sign with you, and where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement applies.
